Neither.

Don't need em .

Embiid , Parker , Wiggins , Randle

This is why we must tank like crazy .....for a top four pick.

So not have to even think about those two

Randle has his team in the finals .  The others don't.

Choose one of the best players on the team that gets the farthest in the NCAA tourney...

Is that the equation NBA scouts have been missing all these years?

According to that, Kemba > Kyrie (and that example is one of the more favorable comparisons seeing as that logic has plenty of examples to render it useless).

Exum and Smart are listed as PG's, but they shouldn't be put into that box...

Despite his frame, at 6'6'', Exum can become a solid SG in the next few years. Even if he doesn't put on weight, he's going to gain strength ala Durant and the other thin NBA players.

And Smart is 6'4"... His lack of shooting is worrisome, but even at that he compares favorably to Wade (who is also 6'4'').

Even if neither can be NBA-level SG's, Dragic, Bledsoe, and this year's Phoenix Suns have displayed that 2 PG's can make it work in a back court.

Exum- he could end up being the best player in this draft, can't say the same for Smart.  I don't think Smart is quick enough to play point or explosive an athlete to compensate for his size deficiency at the 2.  Sure, he's roughly the same size at Wade, but they aren't in the same ballpark as far as athleticism goes.

Plus, if we trade Rondo I feel more comfortable building around Exum than Smart.

Also- I am going to puke in my mouth if Parker and Embiid stay in school because that will destroy the value of picks 4-6.

Randle won't even be the first Kentucky player chosen; Young will.  Can't believe anyone would take him in the top 4.

I don't disagree that Young may be the best UK prospect, but I highly doubt he goes before Randle.  Randle's draft day floor is probably 10th overall, which is Young's ceiling.

I have only seen a bit of Exum on youtube so I can't really judge him.  Smart reminds me a ton of Dwayne Wade but might not have the same shooting abilities.  To draft Smart, you really need somebody in the backcourt with him that can shoot.  That's not Rondo. If you draft Smart, I really think you need to trade Rondo.

So for me, I'm drafting Exum.
