"2) http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ksl5gjf

Trade Jeff Green to Golden State for Harrison Barnes, Speights, and filler."

That's a good one.  You couldn't get Barnes straight up for Green...

Whys that?

What about this full rebuild plan

If the celts draft Exum, you trade Rondo.    Exum is a lightning quick pg , with handles, penetrating capabilities, clutch and 6'6.

Trade Rondo to the kings or pistons for their 1st pick plus Ben Mclemore or Kentavious CaldWell Pope. Trade Jeff Green if anyone wants him.  Don't resign AB/Humphries

Lineup (full rebuild)

C  - WCS (17th pick)
PF - Olynyk/Sullinger
SF - Gordon (7th or 8th pick)
SG - Mclemore or KCP
PG - Exum (4th pick)

Cutting Bogans is also a thing to do lol.

Don't cut Bogans. His non-guaranteed salary is a great trade chip.

That is true we don't need the cap space until next year anyway. I guess we could keep him until next season if we don't trade him, then we could cut him.

If personally love to land smart and exum. If we were to make a draft day trade of rondo, I would go rather trade home for their 1st this year a future first and maybe mclemore but might be asking to much, I would want expiring deals only to match the salaries.  Keep the other 2 trades I mentioned in place. We would look like

Exum
Smart
Barnes
Sullinger
Mahinmi

I wouldn't mind wcs at at 17 also. With Bradley as the 3rd guard off the bench with cope land KO and fav that would be a pretty young exciting roster.

I think mahinmi as a full time starter would be just as good as Asik.
I'm pretty sure you'd be the only one who thought so

Ben McLemore has the worst Simple Rating in the NBA.  He is horrible.  Absolutely horrible.  More flash than substance.  This isn't the Big 12 where you get to camp out on the 3 point line and shoot wide open uncontested 3s.

I like the latest article on  the home page of this Blog by Kevin O Conner.

About Bass and how truely a poor player he is .......awful IQ , no pass and horrible hands.   :(

Bass really needs to go ?..

DA should have dumped him LONG ago. :-\
