Good on him.  The ref was an idiot for being in the way. 


The refereeing that whole game was pretty bad, actually.

yea i was real confused when that play happened. i thought the refs were ruining the game. they had too much control over the pace. so many unnecessary calls. it was getting to the point where it wasn't even fun to watch at times.

Refs probably should have stood in the middle of a few more of the C's offensive plays--they could have really used the loss.

I believe the distinction is in the fact it appears the official was partially standing out of bounds in the Celtics game, whereas in the Lakers game the official was standing entirely inbounds.
