He's pretty unique ever since his offensive game has stepped up.

I agree - I don't see him getting much better unless he improves his ball handling

1st team all defense one of the best mid range shooters in the game and 40% from 3 isn't bad at all.

And he's 23

I don't see him improving much honestly. He's a athletic undersized 2 guard with a shaky jumper who plays great defense. I for one agree...SELL HIGH. Don't pay this kid 6-8 mil a year...maybe you can package him and a pick or two and possibly get into the late lottery.

Maybe a little higher if the ball handling improves. That is a big IF! I reckon that his current positive offensive contribution is here to stay and could get a little bit better with seasoning. He'll be worth 6-8 million by season's end.

Why would you sell him? No championship team has ever existed without a dirt dog like him. Pay him 6 mil... dude has proven he can be an effective starter. If he bulks up enough to not be pushed around by stronger PGs, he will be well worth the 6-7 mil.

You realize we pay Green 9/yr to show up 1/3 games?

His offensive efficiency this year has really impressed me. His rebounding as well, it's been ridiculous for a 6-2 guard. He's a very solid player, not an all star but an Afflalo type (aka closer to all star than scrub). Great defender, and still very young. If we don't pay him someone will. I hope we keep him unless he's part of a package for someone good, kids really grown on me (used to think he wouldn't amount to much... glad I was wrong)

6 mil a year is the offer AB reportedly rejected.
