Playing with the Trade Machine today and came up with this.

Nene Hilario $13,000,000
Trevor Ariza $7,727,280
Glen Rice Jr $490,180

For

Gerald Wallace $10,105,855
Brandon Bass $6,450,000
Courtney Lee $5,225,000
Marshon Brooks $1,210,080

Our line up would be.
Nene/Faverani
Sully/Kelly/Hump
Green/Ariza
Bradley/Bogans/Rice
Rondo/Crawford/Pressey

Washingtons Line up would be

Gortat/Seraphim/Vesely
Booker/Harrington/Bass
Otto Porter/Singleton/Wallace
Beal/Lee/Brooks
Wall/Maynor

Thoughts?

I think it would work for both teams.
Salaries match.
But I'd love to hear CB's thoughts.

Again this is nothing serious, Just playing around with the Trade Machine.

so basically they move Nene to shore up their bench and take on a lot of long term $?  I don't see the Wiz pulling the trigger on it.

I'd do it but I'm biased for the C's to shed the $.  We're not at a place where a player of Nene's age would make sense for us.  He'd definitely be our center but he makes a lot of money for a team that's not a contender.  a playoff team sure, contender no.

Rice makes for a nice prospect.

Ya, I had my Green Goggles when I was playing around with the Trade Machine.

Could be a fun trade though if it happens.

The Wizards love Nene and probably wouldn't move him unless they are getting a better big man in return.

Not to mention, Nene doesn't like playing center and has been vocal about that through his career.  Doesn't make sense to trade for him to play center on a rebuilding squad.

You could have Sully play the 5, although I don't think that's a particularly great frontcourt for the way the game is played nowadays.
