Would you move up from pick #7 to pick 2 or 3, if the cost were either

Rondo, pick 7 and this years Nets/Hawks pick (lets say, pick #20)
1 (12.5%)
Pick 7,20, and the rest of the Nets future picks and right to swap in '17
1 (12.5%)
I would make either trade, honestly
3 (37.5%)
Way too steep. To move up 5 spots? Are you serious? This is the worst thing that I have ever read in my entire life.

Okay, not to be a jerk but this isn't meant to be an argument about who you prefer between Randle/Parker/Wiggins/etc. In this hypothetical, Utah is picking #1 and they're not going to take the best player on Your board. The best player on your board will be there at picks #2 or 3, owned by Phoenix and Sacramento respectively.

Both teams are willing to move back to pick #7, but Phoenix is asking for everything we got from the Nets trade, and Sacramento wants Rondo and just the Nets/Hawks pick this year( in addition to the #7 pick).

Both proposals seem like a lot to give up, but ultimately I would probably make either deal if I thought I was landing a franchise player who had a decent chance to be a future 1st team All NBA'er. The whole point in collecting chips is to cash them in to get THE guy.

pick #7 might be an all-star.  This is a loaded draft.

But if you're asking if I'd trade Rondo + a mid 1st for the next LeBron James/Kevin Durant.  Yes... of course.  You'd be crazy not to.

Alternatively, how ticked off would you be if you landed Andrew Wiggins in the draft and our GM traded him for Deron Williams and a mid 1st rounder.

I agree at 7 Embiid,Selden,Young,Robinson and others will be available all of them have very high potential.

Well, it'd be pick #7 also. I'll amend what I wrote for clarity. So it'd come down to Sacramento thinking Aaron Gordon( theoretically available at 7),Rondo, pick #20 > Wiggins.
