pretty spot on from what I see.  just flipped Milwaukee and Toronto.
Milwaukee will be better than expected while Toronto will still be pretty lousy.

If you're looking at a tier system:

1) Heat
2) Nets
3) Bulls
4) Pacers
----------
5) Knicks
----------
6) Hawks
7) Wizards
8 ) Pistons
9) Cavaliers
10) Bucks
11) Toronto
---------
12) Bobcats
13) Celtics
14) Magic
15) Sixers

This is pretty spot on. I think the top six are more-or-less locks to make the playoffs, with some combination of the Wizards, Pistons, Cavs, and Bucks filling out the 7 and 8.

Look at the Bucks roster folks.  Mayo, Ilyasova and Sanders are their three best players.  Rondo, Green and Sullinger are way better.  How can we be worse?

Depending on how fast Rondo and Sullinger see action, we may be cheering for a starting five of

Bradley
Lee
Green
Bass
Humphries

For a while.

That hardly inspires confidence.
