As long as our trade with Brooklyn isn't finalized, we can bring in a third team. I propose the Hawks, in which we get Smith in a S&T and Al Horford.

Atlanta does this and is still under the minimum salary for next year. Wallace is a crappy contract (or is it, fanpost on the front page coming soon!), but they get an extra pick in each of the next three drafts, a couple of decent-to-good young players in Brooks and Sullinger, and a chance to try that free agency thing again next year after Bogans and Humphries come of the books.
Boston's lineup is now:

We'd be under the luxury tax by $3-4 million depending on the tax level and Smith's contract (which I'd expect to be around $14 million in year one). We'd still need a real backup point, and I'd like to throw most/all of the MLE at whichever PG loses the game of musical chairs this offseason for a one-year deal (maybe with a player option) similar to what OJ Mayo got last year. A backup to Green is less important, since Smith can play the 3, which gives the backup 4s a bit more time on the floor. That said, I'd hope we still get Datome.
Thoughts? Is it too much? Too little? I think I'd really like this team. It'd be murder on defense and could create some real matchup problems on offense. I'd miss Sully and the what-might-have-been on the picks, but I think it would be worth it. Ir has good future payroll flexibility to boot.
