who can take Lee/Bass with Rondo? DC

I was reading the Dallas rumors and it was pointed out that whoever wants Rondo has to take more contracts.  What about Rondo, Lee, Bass for Ariza and Okafor?  Salaries match perfect.   That would bring back a 2014 pick surely.
