Well, the original post says nothing about a trade exception.  Just that we saved money.  So no, we do not get a trade exception.

Yes, probably, but it might be possible to structure the deal so the Celtics get two smaller trade exceptions (which cannot be combined) and the Nets also pick one up.

My current interpretation has Bogans making $5.059 via S&T - the Celtics getting a $7.37 mil TPE for part of KG's salary - not in ink yet
