Why should WE be the provider for a new super team for doc to run......?
because KG's got bone spurs, and pierce has lost a step or 2.

I think Courtney Lee is a positive trade asset. I wouldn't move him in this deal if I could avoid it. On the other hand, I think Jason Terry and Brandon Bass have negative trade value. I would like to dump their contracts. Bass would be first choice because he earns more money. Terry would be an okay fall-back.

It would be a shame to lose C.Lee though if Ainge was able to move Bass/Terry instead.

I think Bass and Terry have future trade value.  Around February, if the Celtics are dealing, Bass is a very attractive guy for a team that wants a veteran who can space the floor and put a body on guys like Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James (which is why I think he is best for an Eastern Conference team like the Nets, where I think he is an upgrade over Kris Humphries and Reggie Evans).  Next summer, Bass and Lee are expiring contracts who could be packaged with young players and draft picks to bring back a star who is better than Rondo or Green and forms a solid three-man core with them.

DeAndre Jordan or Chris Wilcox?

If I were under the cap, I'd take Wilcox and the cap space over DeAndre Jordan.
