Doc has called Rondo the smartest player he has ever been around and allows him to draw up plays in the huddle.

I'm not going to say he is a smarter basketball player than Lebron but he certainly isn't a less smart basketball player than Lebron.

Later on in years, I could see Rondo being the next Doc or Pops. I could see Lebron being the next Michael Jordan.
