I feel like this is a quote from when LeBron played on the Cavs and Boston was an actual threat.  Did he say it again recently?

They weren't a threat to Lebron and the Heat last year when they were up 3-2?

He's 2-2 lifetime in the playoffs vs. Pierce and the Celtics with all the series coming within the last 5 years so this isn't some lopsided, defunct rivalry. He said it in the recent past and reiterated it recently.

Why would you expect him to say Kobe is his biggest rival ? They've never played in the playoffs, barely match up at all and play different positions...weird
