I think this guy is one of the best role players in the NBA.

I am completely infatuated with his game now.
 
On defense, he goes straight up almost every time and challenges so well. On offense, his positioning is superb. He knows exactly where to be to get the easiest shot possible. He's a scrapper and has a mean streak in him. He can hit his free throws. He sets really good screens.

Tiago would look great in Celtics green.

He'll make some good money this summer, no doubt about it. Wonder if the Spurs will pony up what it takes to keep him.  Somebody will give him Asik money.

I have said before that this series will depend on Splitter. He's a key player to attract defenders in the paint and so open the floor for his team mates. He's a big threat in the paint. If Miami put only 1 guy on him, I can see him scoring 20ppg at least. We saw that many times during the season.
If the guy is not stupid, he should stay another year or till Duncan retired. They could win it all next year.
