My preferred option would probably be Option 3.  While it would be sad to see Paul Pierce leave, it seems like it's almost inevitable right now.  Additionally, this option keeps the majority of the Celtics' future in tact in Rondo, Sully, Green, and in this case Cousins.  This option also keeps KG here which would be essential in Cousins' development in my opinion.
