if you want a good line-up to beat the knicks..it already showed

pierce (felton vs pierce) pierce can reduce feltons 27 points
green (green will stop j.r. smith giving us size) 1 on 1 j.r. smith vs green (green wins)
bass (contest a shot to carmelo, if carmelo keeps missing 0-7 3points fg and 10-35 fg, shavlik will get those off rebs)
shavlik (celtics offensive rebounds 3, knicks offensive rebounds 16)
garnett (garnett on tyson) since shavlik was on the floor he can spread the floor for kg to hit long jump shoots

k-mart coming in…put jeff green on k-mart (size vs size)
bass sticks with carmelo
replace green for lee to guard j.r. smith
stick pierce for felton
kidd is in (put in terrence williams for height)
shumpert is in (put bradley in)
prigioni can go with terry
anyone can guard novak

in this case celtics win a 7 game series

if it does not work (stick to the plan flip some players)

starting five
lee, pierce, bass, green, kg

agree people?

I don't understand a word you said. Can't we just enjoy the ride?

watch the game and try some analyzing,
specially today that j.r. smith is gone
and if rondo was here bradley's offense will excel
so our main scorers are bradley bass pierce green kg terry

i'm not loosing hope here, we can win game 7, don't care if its knicks home court
this is 1 on 1 match-up now
every players has upside downs, weaknesses and where a player is good at, doc rivers don't see it and don't trust his gut-feels

Terry needs to play like Terry of Dallas to match up well against JR...

losing JR Smith was huge for them, even though Felton went off in the 3rd.

Also, Bass needs to continue defending Carmelo like he did yesterday, try not to fall for jump fakes and he should be good.

How To Beat The New York Knicks And Win Game 7 Series

1- no turnovers
2- no individual plays
3- don use AB as pointguard, but use Terry
4- put Lee against JR Smith
5- make closer defence Vs Carmelo
6- manage better the game
7- play with more self confidence

Melo, we finally have a job for you.  Can you be what John Chaney once called "a goon"?

Just kidding.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
This reminded me of like a bizarro homage to 'how to win friends and influence people'.

Seriously. William should be the first guy off the bench, then Wilcox or Shavlik.

Williams, Pierce, Green, Bass and KG is the way to go.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
Pierce on Felton...lols...might as well put Zach Randolph on Felton.
I like Marcus Smart
