I don't watch college basketball, so I mainly have to go off of what I read online.  So, I'm looking for players to look up.

Consider all the bigs that the Celtics could draft.  Let's say that players you expect to go in the top ten are unlikely to drop far enough for Ainge to make a small deal to move up, so ignore them and everyone else is fair game.

Which bigs that the Celtics have a shot at drafting would be considered good perimeter defenders who can guard a solid stretch 4 with 3-point range?

Which bigs have the offensive capability to be a stretch 4 with 3-point range?

Which bigs have the ability to be multi-positional players who can defend credibly at both the PF and center positions?

It is almost impossible to find a versatile stretch 4/5 out side of the lottery, but Isaiah Austin is projected in that range.  I would be shocked if he was available when we pick.

I'm asking as much about upside as much what they are capable of contributing immediately.  And you should treat the questions as individual.

So, I'm wondering who can be a decent defender at both big man positions even if he is a dud offensively or I am wondering who can be a stretch 4 even if he is not that great defensively.  If it is a big who currently shoots 30% from the college 3 but has a shot of becoming a player who can shoot 35% from the NBA three-point line, I'd take that even if he is more likely to fail than succeed at that.

Austin - A is for All-around
Olynyk - O is for offense
Dieng - D is for defense

I would take Steven Adams ahead of Olynyk and Dieng, but he is a pure 5

if a guard is 6' 10" does that make him a "big?"  ;D  or at least a sf/stretch pf?

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I know it's probably dicey to take a skinny kid from the Patriot League that high, but from what I've seen and read, I'm really digging on Mike Muscala from Bucknell.

I was high on Muscala before until I saw him in the Tournament.

He could not beat Andrew Smith who's not even projected to be drafted, I think it's safe to say that we should not waste a first round pick on him. If anything, I'd pick Smith over him. That kid is not a star, but he plays physical.

A very good 2nd round risk but nothing more than that.  In four years he has barely put on strength and i'm not sure how much more he will be able to add on. Maybe if he does, it will ruin his already decent quickness.

The guy you are talking about is Kenny Kadji.

But he is already 25 and for someone with his body, doesn't rebound all that great. Maybe it could be the system he plays in, or he asked to guard on the perimeter more. But as you can see, this guy has a gifted body , can pass, has handles and can shoot the ball
