You seem very hung up on the foul thing. Jared sullinger fouled at the same rate and he was pretty successful.
Im not trying to say Haddadi is some special player. Im just saying his foul rate when he was playing 5 min a game was definirely skewed and that he could have given hus some spot good minutes, better than what collins could provide.
I guess well see how Randolph and dj do.
You just gotta look past the fouls a little bit. Stiemsma had a ridiculous foul rate last year (and not much better this year) too.
I'm hung up because it's important. And yes, it's a problem for Sullinger, too, albeit to a lesser extent. And it most certainly stopped him from being as effective as he could have been given his skill level -- Sullinger fouled out in 8 of his last 20 games before the injury, for crying out loud.
In the long run, can't justify giving ~20 minutes to a player that's able to put the team into penalty all by himself. And if we're talking 10 mpg players -- I couldn't care less whether it's Haddadi, White, Randolph, or indeed Jason Collins.
