I actually love when they put the opposing players on the kiss cam when the players have a good sense of humor about it:

I was at a Rangers/Yankees game in Texas and they put ARod on the kiss cam, and he did the same thing Giniboli did with one of his Yankees teammates.  Not on youtube, but here's a link to it if you want to see it:

Not that I also don't think a middle finger to the crowd is funny too.  Actually I would love to see an opposing player do that, just gives you another reason to boo and helps create a more exciting, competitive, I-want-to-beat-those-guys environment.
