I'm an X and O guy; don't much want to track the league cap and trade rules.

So I have a question for the capologists: Given the roster turnover, what are the credible trades - no trades involving Pierce, Garnett or Rondo - that we can offer Phoenix for Gortat right now?

Players are obvious - Bradley, etc. Can we trade Melo? What's the cash value of a draft pick matching salaries?

It is becoming increasingly apparent, I think, that we cannot wait until Jan. 15 to address historic rebounding ineptitude.

Perhaps we patch it with a K-Mart signing; I tend to think Martin's cooked.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Green and Bradley works but only after Jan because of the signing of Jeff Green, I doubt that would get him.

Bass and Bradley works now but they would not do it.

Mess around with it, it is a handy tool.

Don't think we can trade Bass till Mid-January also.
