I look at it from purely a "Where was he picked" perspective. Picking at 22 you are lucky to get a player that ever makes your roster as a end of rotation player. If he pans out into a player who can give you 20-25 minutes and average 7 points, 6 boards and 1.5 blocks that would be an amazing pick at 22.
