  • It's what I do! It's who I am!
if his injury is serious... Chris Paul free agency next offseason might be a big deal... he has yet to sign an extension, right?
Indeed he hasn't.

That was my second thought, if he really mucked his knee up badly it could imperil CP3's return after this season.
It wouldnt make a difference even if he were healthy, over the USA Basketball training reports are Carmelo wants CP3 to join the Knicks when his contracts up ::)

Amnesty Amare to not go into the Lux and then sign and trade?

So, this is the same knee that suffered a stress fracture in 2009, causing him to miss the entire 2009-10 season. Didn't he also have knee trouble this past year as well?

Why does Melo need Paul? In 2013, he'll have a 40 year old Jason Kidd and a 38 year old Camby?

I bet that knee is why he can't shoot free throws. You know, just like Ray Allen can't hit free throws with a bad ankle. Well he can, unless he is playing against his future team.

  • Ashy To Classy, baby.
Clipper Curse = The end all be all of how things are gonna work out for the Clips forever.
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

He tore his Meniscus.

Bad injury...

Meniscus tears aren't that bad.  Short recovery time and he will be back for the season.  Plus they don't alter you physically.

Glad Anthony Davis is on the squad now I think he is a better player than Blake anyways.

I hate the Scheme Team.  Why can't this kind of injury happen to one of their other high fliers?

Did anyone watch the "friendly" with the Dominican team last night.  The DR had a 16 year old kid from St Joseph's in NJ on their squad - 6'11" Karl Towns Jr, NBA center sized already, and led his team to a state title as a freshman while leading them in 3 pointers made, with 70.

He's quite nimble for a kid that tall and big, and as the son of a coach,  already has a well rounded game.  Coach Cal got a nice little preview of his one year college campaign as he coached him up on the DR team.
