The search for a mediocre 2 guard continues.

Chicago didn't pick up his 4+ mil option, but may try and resign him for cheap.

I remember Boston went hard after him a couple years ago before he chose Chicago.

He's a UFA, great size for a 2, plays good d and terrible offense.

What does everyone think?

Good defender, but that's it. Celtics need a 2G that can create his own shot and etc.

Solid defender, tough, vet - fits the bill for me. Lee, Mayo, etc are sexy additions... in June, we need someone to lean on Lebron and cut off driving lanes.

Need more money to sign him + I doubt Chicago would co-operate in a sign-and-trade given what Danny has to offer.

He is on the list after Lee and Pietrus.

rather have Lee, Mayo, or Shannon Brown
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Yep.

C.J. Watson released today, and hearing that Korver could be moved in another cost-cutting move.

Instead of loading up around Rose, Chicago is crumbling under the weight of its payroll/tax burdens.

Ronnie is decent player. But he can't shoot. I can't see Celtics being interesting that much considering Miami Heat added 2 of the greatest shooters ever.

I would think that the list currently is

1.Mayo (not happening)
2.Lee (likely to cost a 1st rd pick)
3.Pietrus
4.Brewer
5.Weems
6.CJ Miles
7. Gerald Green (cant see it happening
...

If its
Mavs
Wiz
Hornet

I'd be happy with Ronnie Brewer.
