I want 7/8 big men on the team next year. 2/3 PGs (Bradley can double up so don't necessarily need a third string PG) and 4/5 wings.
6 of them are = Garnett, Bass, Sullinger, Stiemsma, Fab Melo and JJJ
The next one or two are up for grabs. I'd be happy to bring Wilcox back for one of those jobs.
I'd also be happy to go out and sign Joey Dorsey to a minimum contract. Give them a hard-nosed physical defender at that PF position (which they currently lack) and a top notch rebounder.
Probably wouldn't bother with Wilcox if I signed Dorsey. Or vice versa. More likely to go out and get a veteran five in that case. Someone like Jamaal Magloire (a physical power based center that we lacked last season). Someone who can give 5-10 minutes against an Andrew Bynum or Dwight Howard when necessary. A third string situational sub who offers a different (defensive) skill-set to Stiemsma and Fab Melo. And is reliable, a veteran, a proven performer.

Oh, and my first preference (was talking about the end of the roster, forgot the top), is to sign a quality fourth big man to go along with Bass/KG/Sullinger.
Kaman has been mentioned. He'd be good. Someone with quality. If that happens, I'd probably go with 8 bigs. Also, I love Kirilenko but more as a replacement for Bass than in addition to Bass because Sullinger can handle the backup PF minutes.
