  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
The 6'9, 235 lbs, combo forward.

Don't forget that a few years ago, Green averaged 17 ppg and 7 rpg in his sophomore season, and was putting up consistent 15 ppg numbers in his time with OKC.

I'm very happy he'll probably sign with the Cs, and that he probably took advantage of his time to learn the Boston playbook.

This is what we need: A guy who can guard Lebron (better than a lot of others), An athlete that can run with Rondo, and a post up option.

OJ Mayo may be a great scorer, but Green can stretch the floor as well. Michael Beas-wax may be 6'10, but Green is at the moment more talented at 6'9. Kaman has great skills and size, but he is incredibly slow - Green has decent post moves that make him almost as dangerous a post up option as Kaman, while having a lot more versatility at his position.

If the guy can put up around 15 ppg like he did in OKC (He did this as a 3rd option to some big time scorers who demand touches), we'd have ourselves a finals bound team.
I like Marcus Smart

The Celtics ideal FA would be a C/PF.
