Bobcats/Wizards' trade question

I would be most appreciative if someone would tell me the trade that Chad Ford foresees in the Wizards getting the Bobcats' #2 pick!  What does Charlotte get from Washington??

I am a long time cblog member and I thought was asking a simple favor.  Chad Ford has the Wizards making both the second and third picks if I am not mistaken.  Could anyone that has ESPN Insider please tell me how they get the #2 pick from Charlotte and what the Bobcats are supposedly getting for it?

It must have been a mistake.  I just looked at Ford's mock, and he has the correct order.  Ford doesn't assume trades in his mocks.

For the sake of discussion, the only thing that makes any sense would be the Bobcats getting the third pick from the Wizards in exchange for taking on Blatche. Neither team has the sort of assets to get a top pick. The closest I could think of for the Wizards to get the 2nd pick would be some sort of package centered around Vesely and Nene, and that'd still be highway robbery.
