So I'm thinking maybe we're trading one or 2 picks to some team for a young player that they don't have room for on their roster or have personality issues with that we think we can blend with our culture and thrive with our veterans.  Any ideas who or what teams?  Realistic or Unrealistic doesn't matter what do you think?  Some names I'll throw out there:

Possible                       Unlikely
Tyreke Evans                   Demarcus Cousins
Donte Greene                   Marshon Brooks
Andris Biedrins                Andray Blatche
Michael Beasley
Austin Daye

just throwing around names anybody have any thoughts of who makes sense for both teams.  I know Brooklyn wants to get into the draft BAD I just can't think of anybody on their roster we could use that they'd let go of...

You could trade the #22 for a Nets future first.  We know D-Will is leaving them and they are going to suck for a while.  That could pay dividends down the road, and I would be fine with that trade.

I trade both of my picks to move up & select Austin Rivers. He replaces Ray Allen as my SG. I sign Jason Thompson as a Free Agent to play the 4/5 along with KG. Resign Jeff Green & Bass to play the 3/4. Our team is now younger & more athletic.

I would be thrilled if we got Austin Rivers in this draft.  Austin would then backup Rondo and Bradley.

Yep.

Rivers is going to need a year to season. He grew a bit at Duke, but he still has some things he needs to improve on to start for this team with Rondo at the point, like moving with out the ball, and good shot selection. Give Bradley a year see if it wasn't a fluke, and then go from there.

Seriously doubt Rivers is available when we pick.

Trading up to get him? Pretty high cost for a long shot IMO.

I think there are better players to go after if we get into the top ten, definitely then we go after a quality big.

In maybe 3 or 4 years. If Doc doesnt play regular rookies, he isnt going to play his son in his first year.

With Ray out of the equation, all we will have at the backup SG is Pietrus, and we will have at the backup PG is Moore and Dooling.  That is assuming Pietrus and Dooling are resigned.  If we are lucky enough to nab Austin, either Dooling or Moore will not be on our team next year.

This year we had no back up forward or center and JJJ didnt see the floor. Doc has never played rookies.

"...replaces Ray Allen as my SG" doesn't exactly sound like a bench player to me.

Are we not allowed to sign free agents?
