Ahh ... methinks you may have forgotten just how fickle and capricious this place can be ... especially following poor performances, (though I truly wish you were correct ... here's hoping and a TP).

I especially loved the Pau Gasol for Rondo rumor B.S. that Chris Broussard was saying every day on ESPN/ABC.

This is going to get a lot of hate for saying it after his career game but his trade value might never be higher.

I think Rondo is a great player, but I still think a quality big man or wing like Lebron impacts the game more than a point guard. Bigs can get easier offense and players like KG and Lebron can alter shots on defense. Rondo can't do that.

And who's to say Rondos problems have been solved? He hit his shots, but will that continue? And his game is very high-effort. He was amazing last night, but if he played like that every night, he'd probably get injured.

Again, I like the guy and don't want to give him away, but if they could package him for a bigger All Star player or a superstar, they'd have to consider it.

I'd like to believe you but there will still be ridiculous trade Rondo threads that dont make sense for the rest of eternity.
