Gee, weren't we losing by 27 in Orlando one night and then came back to win?????? That was long before we came together as a team.

Also we lead Cleveland by 14 points with 4 minutes remaining and then could not score the rest of the night and they scored 17.

OK, I reset to Zero Zero and open the season Monday night. I would advise you negative nellies to do the same thing.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

How is that even possible? To blow a lead that large and lose by that many points? Where was the defense? This loss has got me so upset. Wow.

Was that the first NBA basketball game you've ever watched?

If so, I'll explain to you that big runs by one team or the other happen more frequently than not in this league.  An 18 point lead in the NBA isn't close to being safe.

Yes, the Celtics should have protected their lead better, but it's far from mind boggling.

It is mind boggling when you think about how the Sixers are one of the worst offensive teams in the league and how the C's are one of the best defensive teams in the league.

The team as a whole played bad in that second half and honestly not that well in the first half. This game was all about Philly. They played horrible in the first half and played like their sea on was on the line in the second.

Our bench was no where to be found. Ray, Pietrus, and Dooling brought nothing to the table as far as scoring is concerned. Pietrus looks like he is terrified to go to the basket. In fact everyone last night looked terrified to go to the basket. Settled for way too many threes.

KG: "Dude.... What is up with yo shorts?!"

Need some1 to blame. Well then, start and end the Ray Allen era. Right now, he looks nothing, just like a NCAAB bench warmer.

hahahaha yeah the alternative is so much better.

I would much rather have Peitrus in the game than Ray

Except, you know, Pietrus can't even hit the rim.

I'm tired of hearing about how bad Ray's defense is. It's not that bad. It is what it's always been. What's different is his shot isn't falling with consistency.

He's still Ray Allen. He still gets the "Ray Allen treatment" which opens up the game for the rest of the guys. This team isn't winning a title without him, so they better keep him out there and get his shot right. You know it's gonna come sooner or later.

We lost because we have no bench and KG had a terrible game. (he's carried us in the playoffs, so nobody is going to trash KG and rightfully so) but that's the reality. Not Ray Allen.

You contradict your point somewhat right here. Ray Allen was moved to the bench so he could provide us with a bench. He did not do that.

Pietrus cant hit the rim?...he is 6 for 13 shooting 46% in the series from three while Allen is shooting 29%! Yes Allen, hit a big three near the end of the game last night, but he also let Iggy score 8 to 10 points on him in the fourth with his poor defense.

Ray has had ONE bad game this series. (No, only taking one shot in a game your team wins by 20 doesn't count as a bad game)

Pietrus has had two good games, even though I don't really consider coming in and making a few wide open shots that big of a deal.

Bottom line is, you win and lose with your best players. No, Mykael and Sasha are not two guys that are going to fill in for a future hall of famer and take us to the ECF.
