Let's start this off with this nugget:

DOC RIVERS WILL NOT BE COACHING THE HEAT IN THE FUTURE!!!



I am only using Doc as a good example because I think one of his biggest coaching strengths is the half court offensive sets and creating a single play at the end of the games.


I think that is the biggest weakness in the Heat's game plan.  Two of the best offensive players in the game (three actually) with an offense designed for only one of them to be active at any point in time.

He coudl design it, but I'm not sure how successful he'd be able to get the Heat to run it.
