I would really like to see the especially his last two years of high school. Doris Burke was talking about how he was an elite scorer coming out, and I would like to see the stats.

I found this in about 10 seconds:

Quote
Sleeper For Player of the Year
It’s hard for a player to sneak into the National Player of the Year race at the high school level, but it appears that Avery Bradley is doing just that.

Ranked No. 10 overall by Scout.com, Bradley, a Texas commit, is a guy that built his reputation on toughness, defense and his ability to score it from mid-range better than anyone in the country.

Now, on a national stage at Henderson (Nev.) Findlay Prep, the senior guard is having a tremendous season, despite limited shot attempts and minutes because of the loaded squad he plays on.

“I think there may be a legit argument that Avery has been as good as there is since mid-summer,” Findlay assistant Todd Simon said. “He's able to dominate in multiple facets of the game. He's as good of an on ball defender as I've seen at this level and he’s a prolific scorer that attacks the rim with vengeance.”

Through 12 games, Bradley is averaging just 14 shots a game, which is good for 21 points a contest, to go with 5 rebounds and nearly three assists. Bradley is shooting 63-percent from the field and a blistering 60-percent from three.

He may not get the award, but the 6-foot-2 guard out of Tacoma (Wash.) is certainly making a strong case and is playing as good of ball as any senior in the country.

Stats from his senior year at Findlay Prep (where he went 32-0-1 and won a national championship):

18.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 3.0 steals, 0.4 blocks, 56% FG%, 39% 3PT%, 76% FT%

Not as impressive as I was expecting, but I'm sure his team was stacked.

Looking at the Findlay Prep roster, I'd say it's safe to say they were absolutely STACKED

Not as impressive as I was expecting, but I'm sure his team was stacked.

The point guard on that team was Cory Joseph, a McDonald's All-American who followed Bradley as a one-and-done guard at Texas before being drafted in 2011 by San Antonio in the late first round.  Also on that high school team (joining towards the end of the season) was Tristan Thompson, the #4 pick by the Cavs in 2011, another McDonald's All-American who spent only one year as a Longhorn.

So, three guys on the roster who were first round NBA picks after spending only one year in college.

The Findlay team was absolutely nuts... it was like a high school All-Star team.

Along with the NBA Summer League, it's one of the great things I get to see living in Vegas. Here's an interesting read about the team.
