I'm [dang] proud of these guys, and I can't say it enough. We went up against their A squad, and we nearly won this thing. We were right there in this game right up until the final seconds.

Ryan Hollins earned my respect with tonight's game. That guy seriously works hard out there. What he may lack in natural gift or talent, he makes up for in hard work. He was seriously giving his top effort out there tonight, and it showed clear as day. Even getting active on the offensive boards.

Dooling showed me a lot tonight. What can I say about this guy. I've been singing his defensive praises for most of this season, and the movement he brings to our offense when he's handling the ball, but tonight he was just fantastic for us. Marquis was also great for us. This team's bench and supporting players are very good when they play with confidence, and it clearly showed out there tonight. This game will do wonders for their confidence going forward.

Marquis Daniels, give him his props. This is a team that we can win with and I see it. He was playing solid, solid defense, and he made some fantastic passes and plays tonight. He plays nice and under control and I like what I saw from him tonight.

E'twaan Moore. Big shoutout to E'twaun Moore. He played hard out there, got great shots. Avery Bradley is a [dang] star in the making. It's clear as day. With this guy able to score like that, do you have any idea what it will do for us as a team. There's no way that Pierce and the other guys don't want him to take more shots for the team now. He showcased tonight that he deserves to be starting over Ray. But Ray's role on this team is still a vital one, I believe.

Like I said, this is a win in my books.
Our 3rd unit went against their starters and barely lost it.

I'm happy for them, they played great.
When you lose, the easy part is to see who gives up. Giving up is very simple. You basically take your stuff and walk away. To continue to work and to continue to compete is one of the most difficult things, especially when you really don't have anything - KG

Me too.

And another great game from Avery "Sidney Moncrief :)" Bradley.

But GREAT EFFORT all around, though...can't really fault anyone.

Doc? Masterful coaching effort...I hope he gets some recognition later on (Coach of the Year)?

Knowing him, though - he'd trade it in for a Banner.

The way we've played the last several weeks - that is a doable thing.

I am in with this as well.  Great effort by our guys.  If we aren't going to get homecourt over Atlanta, should we shut the starters down for the game against miami as well?  Would minutes in the next two games help any of our other bench players for the playoffs?

I think that we should bring the starters back in for the last game of the year with Mil, just to get back into a regular rhythm again.

Great job bench mob.

I almost made an identical thread. I am absolutely proud of the guys tonight. They all played like they remember why they wanted to play Basketball growing up.

Yeah but it's still a decent starting lineup. Joe Johnson and Josh Smith are borderline all-stars.
