If both teams are healthy, I could see this happening, as a matter of fact, this crossed my mind today as I was thinking about the game, and I show up on CB and you beat me to it.
Two great teams, 6 proud, aging veterans, still winning games(especially SAS, I'm just amazed by them), what a series would that be...
Looking forward to tonight's game, good thing Spurs are on a back-to-back
Well aside from the travel it's not like they will have dead legs they all didn't play much against CLE just blew them out

As I mentioned in another thread, the Spurs and the Cs are top 5 teams this season.

Look at the numbers since January 18. That's around ~10-12 games into the season, which is enough time for teams to get their legs back after the lock-out and get in game shape. I don't want to say these games don't matter, but it was a weird couple of weeks. We lost to the Knicks, for example, a team that a week ago people were saying would miss the play-offs, for example. Anyway, SINCE January 18, these are the teams with the best records, in order of best win%:

The Spurs are 28-9.
The Bulls are 29-10.
The Heat are 29-10.
The Thunder are 28-11.
The Celtics are 26-14.
The Lakers are 24-15.
The Clippers are 25-17.
The Pacers are 23-18.
The Magic are 21-19.

Spurs have actually been #1. We are clocking in at #5. Not shabby at all.

They killed Cleveland last night and no one on their roster played more than 26 mins. I am expecting their A game.

Here's my olde Spurs theory, if Ginobili is healthy, the Spurs will make it to the finals. If not, all bets are off.

I would love this series if this ever happen. Celtics vs Thunders won't be bad although they are the overhelming favorites.

Thunders vs Celtics will be a "passing the torch" series. Can the  Thunders get that torch from the "Proud and dying" Celtics?

After this game, I don't know if it's possible but I would love a Celtics-Spurs finals.
