whats the deadline for buyouts?

Is the deadline for buyouts today?i believe the dealine for players to be eligible for playoffs is the 23rd..

Players need to be free agents on or before March 23 to be eligible for the playoffs.

Note: players don't need to be signed by March 23 to be eligible.
