I woke up this morning a bit angry at this thought.  Where the hell is Bill Russell's statue?  Guy's not going to live forever.  What's the hold up?  Menino? Wyc?

I thought it was supposed to be done this year sometime.

I know there was discussion about it, and an agreement to have it done.
