  • GOT IT!!!
Great game, just a terrible outcome. This is probably it for the rivalry the next few years unfortunately. No telling what both teams will look like next season.

Without JO & Wilcox , I'm very impressed we could force a close one with the LA and their bigs.

This proves one thing for LA mgmt ,  they can't get rid of Bynum and Pau.  Without them , Kobe can't carry the team.

Getting rid of either of their bigs is a disaster for them.... unless they get DH I see no way they trade em , if they still want any chance in the playoffs.

I can live with this lose.  LAS winning my the skin of their teeth on their home court is nothing to brag about to an undermaned injured club.

If I were the Lakers management, I'd trade Bynum in a heartbeat for Dwight Howard as long as that means keeping Gasol.

Howard >>>> Bynum in terms of production and not being nearly as injury prone.
Celtics' turn on switch for the playoffs: the last bastion of hope for battered Celtic fans.

their chance in the playoffs in bynum & gasol, kobe is a volume guy, he might score 25 but he needs 20 shots to do it, they will live & die by their twin towers and a go to guy in the 4th quarter
as i see it they really aren't that much different than boston now
supposedly they are trading gasol it would have to be for a good pg and a good pf, anything else is a shot in the foot, would love gasol on our team

It's certainly my personal favorite.  I've been a very calm fan all season long watching the games, but this rivalry just has a way of bringing out the emotions like none other for me.

Darn, I hate the Lakers!!!!
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

It has to be. I dont see anything else coming close except maybe yankees sox.. The history the lakers and celtics have beats anything else by miles and miles.
