I still think that we can make a title run come playoff time

these regular season games mean nothing

in the post season we have the necessary days of rest

we just need to add a few small pieces nothing too big and we are set...keep the core

Pierce, KG, Ray, Rondo, Bradley they will help us most in making a run

and hope to land some cheap veterans who can fix up some holes

I'd rather they had not lost to the Sixers, but I agree, one game does not a season make. 30 point loss, 2 point loss, eh, whatever. It doesn't mean our season's over.

Now if we lose to the Trailblazers, then I'll be worried, and we'll get to see over 9000 "TRADE <put scapegoated player here> YESTERDAY" topics.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I disagree.

Imo, most bloggers have been fairly consistent with what they want.  Obviously, blow it up threads are going to be more common after a blowout loss than a blow out victory. Most of the time its the same people saying the same things in different threads. I've been saying blow it up since the offseason, nothing I've seen this season has served to change my mind.

bingo!

people really aren't all that inconsistent around here.  the only thing that changes depending on the times and current fortunes of the team is who happens to be most vocal.

If you think the fans here are atypically over-reactive, I suggest that after any Celtics win you go to the game thread on a blog supporting the opposing team.
