3 team trade:

Paul pierce to bucks for andrew bogut and ersan ilyasova
jermaine and 1st to minny for michael beasley
beasley and bogut to orlando for dwight (might have to add something else)
Boston gets ersan ilyasova and dwight.

btw - i think dannys gonna target ersan ilyasova. he's an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, can rebound, score... and i think he's under-rated.

Unfortunately it is not realistic.

The Bucks wouldn't trade Bogut for Pierce I don't think, and if they did, it would be because his injuries are just not getting better, which would make absolutely no chance that Orlando would want him.

I could see Danny go after Ilyasova though.  It is hard to get a read on what the asking price would be, but he is a guy who seems like he could be available for relatively little, and who could really help this team right away.

If Danny Ainge could get Dwight Howard for Paul Pierce, Jermaine O'Neal and a draft pick, I'd seriously consider accepting him as my lord and savior.
