First off, Ellis isn't a PG, so stop that talk.
Secondly, Iverson and Arenas never had a season where they scored over 20 points per game, and shot over 50% from the floor.
Ellis has the reputation of being the Iverson/Arenas mold, but he's not.. He has shot over 53% from the floor one year, scoring over 20 points. That's [dang] impressive. He's a guy who needs to be mentored by a winning franchise like Boston. Put him in green with a year or 2 next to Allen, Pierce, and Garnett, and I believe he'd be an absolute STAR... But I'm not trading Rondo for him, so the chance so of getting him are slim
