The Cs problems aren't "talk about it" problems. They get creamed in the middle every night because we are undermanned at the center position.

Danny said he would do something about it but hasn't. Maybe he just wants to play out the season and start a rebuild next year, but that is a waste on two fronts.

1. This current core is good enough to compete for a Title with a center. We know it because we have seen it. All you need to do is go back to the beginning of last season when we had Shaq. We were dominant, and PP, Ray, and KG were at the same health then that they are now.

2. Best case scenario we replace KG and Ray with players like Josh Smith and Eric Gordon and that simply is not a better core. It is a younger core, but less talented and more importantly less win-knowledgeable.

We can make the "over-the-hill" complaint all we want, but IMO the truth is we can't assess that until this team has a center. You can't drive a car with three wheels.

Maybe we are never going to see that happen because Danny seems so focused on next season. But I just think we are all going to be terribly disappointed with what that actually turns out to be.

I wish Steamer would laugh at JO and say;"Old man you have no voice here! You old guys keep having these player meeting so you can keep control. It's our time now!!! Tonight Wilcox, Pietrus and I are going to start. You better look at me when I'm talking to you, Statue. Yeah you. You and Ray are coming off the bench. And Ray, you better not blame JJJ because you can't keep your man in front of you".
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
