That, and the fact that interior defense pretty much means taking a charge, has really hurt the college game.
The emphasis on drawing offensive charges is the only thing I like about college more than the NBA.
I can't think of a way to do it, but I would like the mid-range jumper to be more valuable. With NBA players being bigger, I think it would be interesting to make the court a few feet wider, which you would have to do if you wanted to push back the three-point line.
