Its so obviously fake.
If you look, his natural hairline is a really high widow's peak(so do I) like Dragon Ball Z, Vegita

We have a guy at my job that does this. His hairline goes back and forth with his paintjobs. My feeling is if you've already been rocking the bald look, why do you need to go back to fake spray paint hair that won't grow? Just rock what you got and move on.
