Wilcox is the superior player.

We are about to find out with Bass what we found about about Dooling when he was out with injury:  We're just as good and perhaps better without them in the lineup.

And we'll have a Bass/Dooling trade at the deadline.

I dont know about that, bass has been clutch this year..and im not sure you want a Rookie as your main shooting big backup in the playoffs..

but if JJJ can consistently put up 12ppg playing 30mins while he's out it may be something danny thinks about..kid can shoot

If you could trade Bass for an ungrade at center, would you rather rely on a rookie as your main shooting big backup or depend upon the health of Jermaine O'Neal?

There is no way this team can be made into a flawless squad, so what problems are you willing to accept?

Another good thing that may come out of this is we will be able to keep Bass til next season.. He has the option to opt out and ask for higher pay in the offseason but his knee issues would prevent him from doing that.. As long as it doesn't get worse, we'd have a cheap, reliable backup PF till 2013..
