I was browsing another forum today and I read a post on Gilbert Arenas that got me really thinking.

Is there anyway that we could sign him as a FA?? He has to take a minimum salary at this stage seeing as he's not playing any ball at all..He would be a perfect fit in my opinion for the Celtics. He could play the 1 and 2 and give much needed rest to Rondo and Allen. Obviously the main question here is what sort of salary he's after, but he could definitely contribute to us.

Avery Bradley is too inconsistent - Marquis isn't good enough and he's a better all round player than Dooling (even though I like what he's done thus far).

Alot of questions will arise surrounding his behavior, teamwork and determination.

What you guys reckon?

I'd try it at this point couldn't hurt. We are a losing team thus far!

Avery Bradley's good defense and absolutely horrid offense is leagues ahead of where Gilbert Arenas is at right now. He is a shell of a shell of what he once was.

I'd rather try Allen Iverson, but anybody who can get to the hoop would be a massive upgrade over any of our backup guards at this point

Yes, Arenas has consistency over Bradley. He's consistently god-awful at this stage of his career.

I don't believe either of the two can get to the hoop anymore. Marbury on the other hand, actually gets it done in China (at least according to the few notes I have read about the Chinese league).
