How do we know we know we still end up with Rondo if we didn't make that trade?

If Pierce would have most likely wanted out, we may have traded him for a PG to pair with Big Al? The need for Rondo would have been moot.

And yea, I would not trade anything for the 2008 title....maybe if you said we would have won the 2009-2012 titles...OK then I would trade it!

No, because we wouldn't have a title.

It's all about winning championships in every sport, not just having fun with young talented players. You make risky moves in hopes of doing what the Celts did in '08 and came one game away from in '10

And the Clippers haven't "shown" us anything (referring to a two-guard backcourt), we're 12 games into the season, as far as I'm concerned they aren't able to show us anything until the playoffs.

Really? The Celts go 4-8 and we are questioning whether we should have acquired Garnett and Allen?? Calm down people.
