I am curious to those of you who ordered I know this year they are supposedly offering free NBA mobile league pass included.

How do they offer it to you? Does your local cable provider provide you with a name/email to log into through mobile phones?

You go to the NBA's website and they have a procedure where you input your cable provider and usually account number and then they activate in on their end.

Then your nba.com account is leaguepass enabled. You use that same nba.com account for mobile league pass.

Yea, I had to go through a lot for my BB access, I waited 48 hrs and still no access, I had to take pictures of my bill stating I ordered league pass and had to put in all of my information! I guess it's worth it if I need to use BB but I usually never do. Even though I now have access to BB, it doesn't give me mobile access... maybe my cable company (Brighthouse) just offers free BB but either way, I won't make a fuss about it because I won't be using that either (although the mobile access would be much more useful than BB)!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I sent an attachment to my DirecTv bill as I was having some issues as well.  Within just a few hours the problem was resolved and my "ticket" was closed.  Pretty simple process...

I always call Direct TV and have them add it.   You have to go through a menu but you can sometimes barter for a discount at that point as well.  Worse they can say is no...

WOW that is a bummer I am going ahead and emailing them a screenshot (as they said thatll do) of my bill, but honestly I can care less about Broadband I want the mobile.

Did you press about why the Mobile was not working? Ugh

I have had to do this the past few years. It's pretty much the fault of the league that it doesn't work properly. I usually open up a support ticket and attach a pic of my directv bill. They usually send a code to input to activate broadband.

It did not work again this year so I did all the above. I tried activating again last night and it finally worked. I don't know if it was because of my ticket or not though.

I opened up a support ticket and its been 48 hours and no reply. How long did it take for it to work, or to get a reply via submitting the ticket? (to you and ImShakHeisShaq)

I wish they had a contact number as the full price 169$ states you get the whole package Broadband, and Mobile, that is a joke if they don't offer all three. Does anybody know of a number to call? The live chat is offline yet the hours of operation say it should be open? I feel like im getting hosed here.

It took a couple days after I opened up the ticket. They never responded to me either. Add a comment to the ticket and see if that speeds the process up.
