Bradley won't ever be an above average starting point guard.  He has a chance to be an above average starting shooting guard.  If he can develop NBA 3-point range, he could be sort of a poor man's Ben Gordon on offense and top defender at his position despite being considered undersized.

So what skill set does he bring to the table that makes him a good back-up 2?

Speed, shooting ability and pressure defense.  These are the qualities that made him a star in high school.

Also, he's far too terrible a point guard to see any minutes at that position, so this is his best chance to see minutes to aid in his development/improve his negligible trade value.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

we have no idea if bradley can do anything at the NBA level.

Yes, we do.  We know he can defend at an NBA level, at a high NBA level, at that.  We actually saw it last year in the limited minutes he played.

need some offense from the SG spot
He has the quickness to be one of the only guys on our team who can create his own shot. If he can do this it will be huge for us.

I hope you're right, but I have my doubts.  What I saw last year was a guy who had the quickness, but who lacked the first step and ball handling abilities to get into the lane (well, against anyone other than a Knicks team that was waiting for the playoffs to start).

To me, learning that first step will be the difference between being a rotation NBA player, and a borderline guy who just sticks around a few years because of defensive tenacity.

We saw him create his own shot last year, and how many of those 17 footers did we see him brick?  In garbage time nonetheless.

The point is to get the ball out of his hands.  Not because he's not a PG, he probably is, he's just completely uncomfortable on that end of the court and putting him beside Dooling hides this more.  Let him beat his man with his speed and then get him on cuts to the basket.  As of right now he has the offensive game of JR Giddens.

Doc has been pretty strict about running the second unit like he uses the starters, and Rondo has some big shoes to fill.  Yes Eddie, Nate, and Bradley are PGs, but that doesn't mean the SG (Marquis most of the time) isn't better at initiating the offense.  Nate especially is a guy I think he used incorrectly (should've been allowed to deviate from the play more and just plain score)
