The idea seemed to be that the Celtics locker room could handle anything because they had these established vets on the team. However, last year it seemed that they brought in too many bench guys that have loud voices/personalities.

Bass, Wilcox, Daniels, and Dooling are combinations of quiet, hard working, journeymen, used to playing for losing teams so they won't be a problem. The rest of of our bench are young players who won't cause a problem either.

I personally dont think that this is about Nate at all.
Yes nate is immature OFF the court. He always brought energy and seriousness when they were playing games and practicing.

Baby however is immature on and off the court. The guy gained ALOT of weight right before the playoffs.. seriously?
