Knicks sign Tyson Chandler, waive Billups and then sign Barron Davis after he's waived.

Miami Signs Billups.

Celtics won't win the division, conference or championship as a result of this happening.

  Billups is going to sign for the vet min to be an afterthought on the Heat? And, he has a good game on occasion, but does Baron Davis scare people? Tyson Chandler's much more of a concern.

Wrong, Bullies goes to the waiver wire and highest bidding team gets him and that won't be Miami due to their budget.
