In the event that the season is cancelled, are the contracts players hold for the 11-12 season also gone? Or will the players have an option to continue their contracts from the 11-12 season for the 12-13 season.

Example: KG's 20 million he is set to make in 11-12 rolls over into 12-13 season

As of right now, the contracts would be null and void.  There's no telling what the courts would say if they looked into the issue, but based upon an arbitrator's ruling during the last lockout, the players wouldn't get any compensation for the time when they were locked out.
